Improve and cleanup samples #24

samples/simple.py:

frame array is re-used across frames for better performance

samples/animated_gradient.py:

frame array is re-used across frames for better performance
animation reverses at the end instead of abruptly restarting

samples/video.py:

video path is now a command line argument (before: hard-coded)
video dimensions and fps are used to initialize the virtual camera (before: hard-coded)
simplifications and improvements in performance

samples/webcam_filter.py:

replaced slow and bad looking cartoon effect with horizontal shake of color channels
