openpgpkey: hash username as SHA2-256 truncated to 28 octets #8

SHA2-244 is replaced by SHA2-256 truncated to 28 octets.

This reflects recent changes in draft-ietf-dane-openpgpkey.

All changes have been merged. Is there anything pending or should we call this version 2.7 ?

One thing is in my mind still. Now that I implemented chain loading from file for verify this could also be done for data generating to generate the "2 0 1" and similar records. Give me time till end of weekend. If there is nothing new till then I'd say release 2.7. :-)
