Refactor build system to use rollup #12

Hi, I'm working on modernizing this component. First thing is to get it to build using modern tooling. I thought I'd give you a heads up on it. Are you planning to continue to maintain this plugin?

@tarjei Did you ever move forward with this PR outside of this repo? I've been using a bunch of these plugins for DraftJS and now realizing most are not maintained. Interested to see what others are doing about this. :)

@CodesMcCabe I did some work but not much and I never heard back from @letranloc . Which other plugins are you using?
