OpenTherm plugin #1383

Just a generic question. I have made an adapter board for the wemos d1 mini. With the adapter it is possible to control central heating with multiple setpoints and to read states from the boiler. I have many nodes with espeasy, but i dont have time to implement my code as plugin. If someone could help me with the plugin...
