performance on weak wifi #1524

Summarize of the problem/feature request

I set up rules to control a motorshield with wemos D1 mini running on build 20180621. On my desk with good wifi everything is working fine as expected. Outside were the wifi is weak it seems like the wemos is reacting slow. To me it looks like ESPeasy is slowed down due to bad wifi.

Load 100% (LC=0)
Free Mem 15080 (10344 - sendContentBlocking)

Expected behavior

Bad wifi network should not slow down the perfomance and execution of rules and triggering of devices.

Actual behavior

Delay in rules execution.

System configuration

Hardware: Wemos D1 mini and wemos motorshield

ESP Easy version: Build 20180621 with new plugin for wemos motor shield
