Move CO2 MH-Z19 plugin from "testing" to "normal" #616

"Gases - CO2 MH-Z19 [TESTING]" has been used here for months now and seems to work fine. So perhaps move it from "testing" to "normal"?

Not sure about the implications for use on small flash footprint devices though. Maybe not use it in the 1M firmware versions if these become too large.
