Web pages not loading right on the last couple of versions, maybe a cpu or memory issue?

Steps to reproduce

Visit the Hardware or Advanced pages

Does the problem presist after powering off and on? (just resetting isnt enough sometimes)

Expected behavior

Proper menu pages should show.
