improve pixel side scroller

• add brand new level
• don't randomize level order
• name level scenes more useful
• add score (currently not shown in game)
• allow player to die 💀
• allow use of arrow keys to navigate
• Improve Goal scene
• Improve collision boxes of ground, goal and boxes
• Create ground scene, that automatically generates a hitbox based on the count of - in the label texts
• add collectible stars to the levels
