Provide minified version alongside the big DICCS.

I've heard small DICSS is extremely unpopular.

Why would you want smaller DICSS? I don't think it would be able to handle heavy loads.

I've read on some paper that the size of DICSS doesn't really matter. What really matters is the performance.
