How should we go about adjusting your DICSS? Do you prefer pull requests or just fork DICSS and keep all our DICSS packages separate?

As someone trying to get a handle on DICSS, I think pulling DICSS would work best. Keep everyone on the same page with our DICSS, so to speak. But that might stifle innovation using our DICSS.
