how to build on windows?

windows install cygwin 64bit with packages gcc and make; download haproxy sources and decompression it; cd source folder; make TARGET=cygwin; make install; cd /usr/local/sbin/ cygcheck.exe ./haproxy.exe ,Check dependencies! copy /bin/cygwin1.dll and /usr/local/sbin/haproxy.exe to a new folder , over
