Windows configuration #1916

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I see only configuration for Linux type machines. Letta was installed using pip, but latter I hit a wall and don't know what to do to start using ollama LLMs. Export command is not working for Windows.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like configuration for Windows machines. Thanks.
