Hi @lettapp,

Great extension. Well done. I would like to suggest some features/improvements. Let me know what you think.

Visibility

The extension was quite hard to find. It would be helpful to submit the extension to software recommendation websites to popularize it among the FOSS community.

Localization

Currently, the extension is only available in English, implementing localization could help with popularizing the extension.

Toggle button under video

The extension is only accessible by clicking on the icon in the extension menu (I think). Is it possible to add a button next to the comments count under the YouTube video, for faster access to the extension.

Dropdown menu

The extension allows specific searches by using ":" keywords in the search bar. Could it be possible to add a dropdown menu with those filters to make it even easier.

Ex: you select a filter in the menu and whatever you type, it filters the results based on what you selected.

Highlighting

Adding an option that highlights what you typed in the search results would be great to have.

Thanks for your detailed feedback.

I was actually thinking about implementing some of the points you mentioned such as text highlighting and adding control buttons but in a way that keeps the extension UI clean and doesn't touch or interfere with YouTube UI.
