Inconsistency in addressing the patient in UG #1

Sometimes the patient is called 'guest', other times they are called 'patients'. This can cause confusion to reader.

Thank you for the feedback. However, the word 'patient' is used only in the context of Covigent, as defined in the glossary of our UG.

In the example given in the screenshot, the term 'guest' was used to refer to the person coming to the hotel.
