📌 specify 3 public creator of each zip code

we have to mark them to show all the time that zip code search

mark them in database with filed 

 isPublic: true

@mohsenxad Not sure if you want me to do it! But you can make any of them public, no preference.

The first 3 added in each zip code will be tagged as public.
