What happened to the (automated?) windows builds? #115

There's hasn't been a windows build since july 2010, although there have been 
updates in svn. Is there something wrong with the automated builds system? (Or 
am I mistaken and were these builds never automated?). By the way, camanis.net 
seems to be down.

camanis.net is now IPv6-only, but since most of the world doesn't have IPv6, 
this makes it essentially the same as not having a build server, so I haven't 
been doing builds.  I will update the current Windows build though.
