FreeHAL support English, if so how do I set it up? #3

Hello,

So I've just discovered FreeHAL and was wanting to test it out on my computer just to see how good it was etc. and see if it is suitable for my project. The only problem is the tutorial here: http://freehal.github.io/download.html doesn't exactly seem to describe how to set this up. Regardless of that fact I'm getting quite a few errors... So besides that any help would be appreciated,
