@leukschrauber Should we include at the end of each converstion, a Question like "Was this answer useful to you?" - as we know it from other chatbots? Because than we exactly know if the answer helped the customer? As alternatvie we can show im the Link to the ticket system. When he clicked that we can also track that in the same attribute?
What do you think about it?
If so we have to add on attribute to the ER Diagram.
@marianmair : The attribute "rating" on conversation is exactly for this purpose. So no need to add another attribute I don't think.
As a software developer, I need an Entity-Relationship-Diagram in order to create the database schemes.
