I agree that it is important to convey the message, that the Chatbot is to be integrated in Microsoft Teams in the Use-Case Diagram. However, I think it would be redundant to have the use case "Integrate into Microsoft Teams" for System Admin and "Open Chatbot in Teams" for the user. So, I removed the use case from the administrator and followed your proposal for the user.
Send to IT Helpdesk: yes, I agree. We had "Generate Incident Report", which I clarified, following your proposal.
As a member on this project, I want to understand the use-cases the software has to solve in an easily understable format to gain a quick overview of the goals of the software.
