As a member on this project, I want to understand the use-cases the software has to solve in an easily understable format to gain a quick overview of the goals of the software.

@leukschrauber @Joey1337Lo Looked over the Use Case Diagrams the system Administrator ist fine! The HelpDesk Customer I would change something:

Open Chatbot Application in Microsoft Teams
Send to IT Helpdesk to open Ticket (Because if we cannot answer there question we send him to the IT ticket system via Link)

What do you think?

I agree that it is important to convey the message, that the Chatbot is to be integrated in Microsoft Teams in the Use-Case Diagram. However, I think it would be redundant to have the use case "Integrate into Microsoft Teams" for System Admin and "Open Chatbot in Teams" for the user. So, I removed the use case from the administrator and followed your proposal for the user.

Send to IT Helpdesk: yes, I agree. We had "Generate Incident Report", which I clarified, following your proposal.
