ADD Ascend npu chip support #46

ADD embedder_npu.py which allow Ascend chip to run. Tested on CANN 6.2RC1 and MindX SDK 5.0RC1 with Ascend310P chip.

Sorry but we cannot maintain these added hardware support, partially also because we do not have access to Ascend chips to verify. I suggest you can continue maintaining your fork as a version that supports Ascend chips. Let me know if you want, we can put a note in our README to refer users to your fork for Ascend support. Thank you.
