excel files not downloading (failed to load PDF) #259

in ICs/Grants, we sometimes need to attach excel files. when trying to open them, it says failed to load PDF- is there a way we can add the function to download xls files? I guess would be good to also think if there are other file types aside from PDF that this also applies to. thanks
