Increased the major version number due to possible compatibility issues with using levelgraph 3.0.0 (none expected, just a safety-measure)

@mcollina I don't have any special permissions on the levelgraph-jsonld (or for the future: levelgraph-n3) packages on npm. Could you perhaps run the publish or grant me permission to do so?
