After association, how to wait until IP is assigned #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Associate to a network.
2. Wait till the IP is assigned for the network.
3. Meanwhile if you query for the associated network before the IP is assigned, 
it returns the proper network name. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
One should be able to wait until the IP address is assigned to the network.

This will be helpful to take further action in case of walled garden networks.

How can you know whether the IP is assigned or not???
