Use of offline OSM data #381

What do you consider a good addition to the application.

1. Describe the function
Alternatively use offline data stored on the device by OsmAnd+

2. Give an example on how this could fit with the current usage
When sailing at sea there rarely is online connection available. The map data 
has been stored on the device using OsmAnd+ long before. Making use of it would 
make sense.
