updated the bot to percept building8 #62

building(Id,Name,Owner,Year,Catogories,Function,Floors,Multipoly)

the bot now also percpets the multipolygon of a building and the dynamic block in dummy.pl is reorderd alphabeticaly and a duplicate land/3 is removed from it

sadly it is impossible to percept building 8 as it is to much information for goal to handle
