Hello,

i propose enhancement of dotnet suite with replacing manual download by 
automatic download.

i also replace msxml3 download.

Winetricks policy is to only point at reputable download sites backed
by large legal entities, ideally the original vendor.
Downloading from small blog sites is against that policy.

Also, please send proposed changes as unified diffs against current svn
rather than full files, it makes the change much easier to review.
