part of the pager does not display on toolbar

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Running the module

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Please see attached image.

I set up a 2x2 desktop grid, i can only see the left halves of the 2 left 
grids, the rest of the pager is not visible. I tried 3x2 and 3x1 as well, same 
problem can only see left half of left desktops in the grid, nothing else

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.5.1.a running on windows 7 64-bit professional

Please provide any additional information below.

Please try this:
 Right click the task bar and uncheck 'Lock the toolbar'.
 An handle should show up allowing you to resize the pager.

I was working on a patch to make resize automatically see Issue 19

I guess I should finish that up.

See issue 36 for a patch which fixes the size of the pager window. However it 
does not resize the toolbar itself.
