WindowsPager has a nice implementation of adding Virtual Desktops to the 
right-click
menu in the window title bar

Sorry, to clarify, I meant to show the VirtualWin menu (that you get when you
right-click on the VirtualWin tray icon) when right clicking on the 
vwkvasdopager...
so the user could hide the VirtualWin tray icon and access its settings from
vwkvasdopager.

Implementating this issue requires virtuawin to support toggling its popup menu 
by external message. I believe it's not hart to implement, but it may require 
some time.
