Create a new release #57

I'm currently packaging this theme for NixOS, but the last release is 61 commits ahead (e.g., the night theme is missing). Is it possible to create a new (more current) release? Thanks in advance.

Hi @dasJ, I just created two new releases:

1.3.0 for the latest official TT-RSS release at https://git.tt-rss.org/fox/tt-rss/releases (v17.4)
1.4.0 for the current TT-RSS master (v17.12)
