Have a new state that will force lock disable when the phone is charging.

Good idea, but I believe you should have the possibility to set if you want to 
use this in some kind of configuration screen, and have a two-state widget as 
before. Adding a third state ruins somewhat the beautiful simplicity of this 
widget. Maybe you could open a small config dialog on double tap?

This should be put on another issue if you want to open it.
I can look into the possibility of using a mock-double click option. Widgets 
are very very limited in what Android allows for them to do.
