Missing file glasgowno2.RData #1

In the rcode/week2 directory, two markdown files are trying to load the file glasgowno2.RData file. These are markdown files forecasts.Rmd and expoforecasts.Rmd. This file is not provided in this respoitory.

I found these issue when taking the course on the FutureLearn site.The class itself has a few other issues with links to this GitHub site for at least two links.
