fix disabled failing android tests #436

There are six tests that fail on android:

Failed the following 6 tests:
    test/actions/gyptest-generated-header.py
    test/build-option/gyptest-build.py
    test/configurations/basics/gyptest-configurations.py
    test/configurations/inheritance/gyptest-inheritance.py
    test/library/gyptest-shared.py
    test/library/gyptest-static.py

All six are currently skipped on android. Fix the issues responsible for them 
failing and reenable them.

Android generator is being removed.
