Run the lithography program in Administrator mode or run notepad in administrator mode?
I'm under the impression that labview/litho.exe needs to be administrator mode. And my suspicion is because of the config files. But that's just an educated guess at this point.
Hmm, I don't think it'd be a difficult switch but let's wait until we have something stable and working. The ActiveX controls might also cause it to need Admin access.

I agree starting with something stable is the way to go.
Regarding the activeX I don't think the mfp3d version has this admin issue, and it uses active X
Oh yeah that is right. From what I remember there was issues with the configuration files, and reading in the ibw and svg files but this might have changed when the setup on the computer was changed.

Saving configuration to c:\ProgramData\ requires running in administrator mode (?). Configuration files should be saved to %USERHOME% instead
