Now the program will wait for the setpoint within a certain deadband (e.g. 0.001 T, etc). The method should be more sophisticated:

• wait for magnet power supply to be idle (after transitioning from holding to ramping to holding)
• similarly, the method provides a "finished" boolean - this way leaves the logic of what "finished" means to the instrument override
• PPMS would look for "Temperature Stable" "Magnet Holding" status (but still needs to look for state change)
• Leiden fridges look for magnet "Holding" after state change. Temperature is not certain how this would be (stability over time??)
