Remove ProjectTemplate and Post Copy #87

The way new instrument projects are set up is via https://github.com/levylabpitt/Instrument-Framework-Template and not SMO Editor. This task is to remove unneeded legacy code.

Instrument package installs template classes into user.lib\LevyLab\Instrument Framework\Templates. Why? I think these files should also be removed from the Instrument package?
