Sweep parameter only written to first TDMS file #51

First file in an experiment (folder) contains an extra channel from the sweep. This is a minor issue if one is reading the channels by NAME instead of INDEX

I think this is due to Lockin_sweep clearing the data dictionary when it terminates?
