Post merge action

[x] publish new version to PyPI
[x] Communicate to teachers to pip install -U nbresult if needed
[x] Update data-setup https://github.com/lewagon/data-setup/blob/cc0efce7291983dc0f15c3324fb58463c5e38775/specs/releases/apple_intel.txt#L121

@krokrob the setup has been updated, I believe there is no need to update the data-runner image since then instructions only pop up in the notebook and the challenge validation will not be impacted
