Hi @dmilon just updated Chinese translation for macos_homebrew and windows_wsl. Thanks for updating macbos_settings for us!

As you mentioned in the issue:

You can open a PR against 2022-q3-update if the PR hasn't been merged yet or against master otherwise

I opened this PR against master since 2022-q3-update is already merged. But I saw that it's merged into rails-7, so I wonder if this PR should be against rails-7 too?
