After downloading it from HACS, I was able to open the integration window, however it fails after SUBMIT button modbus tcp

I just tested the manual addition and did not find your situation. Are you using the latest version or do you have a more detailed description of the problem?

so after hours of trying, and searching. fixed

it was a ignored integration of iammeter in HA 😀
