Need help with installing pip #6

I am very new to python, would be glad if someone can help me on how to install pip and use pip install -r requirements.txt ><

i have installed em, but when i try to run start.ps1, it open and closes

@looyvonne Make sure you have the requirements installed. Use the latest requirements.txt from the repository which includes opencv-python.

i tried to run with powershell, there was this window that pops up and close automatically, i see red lines but i cant capture the error
