Update Version Detective to update framework in apps #301

Applications which use older versions of the framework no longer work. The 
version detective is able to find them. Now it should help fix them up.

Archive the old framework just in case moving it breaks the app? Maybe.

Replace with the 1.3 framework? Definitely.

Needs to take into account that some apps will have 
Growl-WithInstaller.framework, and that some will have Growl.framework.

Started, replacing is working, reverting is working, much cleaning up and other 
semi related things to do.

Marking as fixed in source, the current GVD can now do this.  The framework in 
the repo will need to be updated to the final shipped 1.3 FW before it should 
be released.  Also improved detection of Growl, and will now show Growl.app 
versions (Growl.prefpane version detection was already there), and shows the 
running version of Growl.
