bug: coordinates of pop-ups incorrect when changing primary display

What steps will reproduce the problem?

prereq: external display is set to be primary display
1. Put your laptop to sleep with no display attached
2. plug in external display
3. Wake up laptop.

What is the expected output?
Growl pop up thang should be in proper location under menu bar

What do you see instead?
Growl pop up thang is in the middle of the screen where it would be under the 
menu bar for the smaller display area for the laptop display

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.2

Please provide any additional information below.
macbookpro 13" w/ dell 1920 x 1080 ext display

Going to close this, this was with the old screen/positioning system, and for 
all there might be problems in the new screen/positioning system, I really 
doubt this is one of them.  Closing as wont fix
