Mist should respect the default enabled notifications list #357

What feature or enhancement do you propose?
Mist should respect the default enabled notifications list that the framework 
already knows, so that apps that are using it don't show tons of extraneous 
notifications that the developer feels most users wouldn't want.  

What problem does it solve/What benefit does it provide?
It prevents issues with notifications that might not be beneficial to most 
users of an application using the Growl.framework Mist display

Documentation will need to be updated to reflect this change as well.
