Check into webkit view for about tab #544

Check into whether we can replace rtf's with a webkit view or something else 
that's easily translatable.

I have checked into this, the error it throws on 10.7 does not happen on 10.8, 
Im ok with that error happening on 10.7, and otherwise it works fine despite 
the error.  I went ahead and also moved the first launch window to it as well.  
Both need fancy pants styling and stuff still, and the about needs almost all 
the hyperlinks added still.

Passing to Chris for dealing with ensuring styling gets done to make the about 
tab pretty now that the code side is done for 2.1
