What feature or enhancement do you propose?
Adding global shortcuts to a list of iTunes functions such as controlling the 
volume in iTunes in GrowlTunes.

What problem does it solve/What benefit does it provide?

That would greatly enhance the amount of control you have over iTunes through 
GrowlTunes and reduce the number of situations where you have to go back to 
iTunes.

what specific global hot keys are you looking for beyond volume up/down?

resolved in r7612, available hot keys are: now playing, volume up, volume down, 
next track, previous track, play/pause and activate iTunes
