Network prefix for growls #576

When receiving Growls over the network, i would prefer to se the source of the 
growl.

This woud make it easier to distinguish local and network growls.
To setup different styles isn't a real solution.

A "prefix" on network/abonnements for each abonnement would be a pleasure.
This should be also be used in the rollup and the history (filterable).
And i prefer a prefix on the receivers side to centralize the setup.

What problem does it solve/What benefit does it provide?

Apologies for doing it this way, yours was first, but I didn't remember it 
being here when I started commenting on the other one.
