GrowlTunes has an unneeded zh_TW and zh-Hant is not updating #590

GrowlTunes has a stray language, zh_TW. Xcode is being a pest and not showing a 
checkbox to remove it, Along the same lines, zh-Hant is not being updated.

I've tried removing the zh_TW from the Xcode file for GrowlTunes manually with 
no success, having to revert the file, and there is no checkbox to remove it. 
The tx client isn't pulling down information correctly so something is going on 
there as well.

Removed. I had to manually edit the xcode project file.
