Enhance canvas render context to support FlashCanvas #39

Update the canvas context to include built-in support for the FlashCanvas 
(http://www.flashcanvas.net) library.  This would allow Internet Explorer to be 
supported by the engine.

Implemented FlashCanvas Pro to support versions of IE which don't have the 
canvas element.  It appears that IE9 will have the canvas element, so it will 
become unnecessary to have this support for versions of IE greater than 8.

FlashCanvas is tested in IE8, finish testing in IE7 and IE6.
