fix internal links in the user manual #473

In the current manual

last section "Breaking Changes", the last two references are broken:

You must now use a slightly different syntax, detailed *here*.

instead the correct anchor is
http://codinginparadise.org/projects/svgweb/docs/UserManual.html#onload

wait for SVG Web to finish loading; *see this note* for details.
