Picture (special?) not showing in Flash render #482

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Put Picture http://signf.demo.nbinfo.dk/signf/tema.jpg in your pictures.svg

Or goto
1. http://signf.demo.nbinfo.dk/signf/test4.html and compare to
2. http://signf.demo.nbinfo.dk/signf/test4.html?svg.render.forceflash=true

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Picture (tema.jpg) is not shown in Flash?

The image is too large for flash to load. See Issue 323.
When we start compiling with Flash 10, the size limit goes up and this image 
will load.
